This was an existing property which had a large rear and 2 storey extension and complete renovation carried out by EF&B Builders. After close consultation with the clients and architect it was decided that this heating system would have a combination of panels and underfloor heating. Underfloor heating was installed into the new rear extension which was finished with a polished concrete flooring and carpet in the sunken lounge; the underfloor heating system was fully zoned for comfort and efficiency.
The remainder of the house was heated through the use of panels with a number of designer pieces selected for certain rooms - in the master bedroom a designer vertical Volcano radiator and designer BDO horizontal towel rail were both powder coated in a custom colour to complement the rooms décor and create stunning eye catching focal points; both were further enhanced with the use of special order designer radiator valves. In the rumpus and study area Aluminium radiators were chosen for the visual appeal. Another designer towel rail was selected for another bathroom – the Picchio in white.
