The clients had an existing beach front brick veneer home in the desirable bayside area with a growing family they had outgrown their current home but could not find anywhere else they wanted to live; the idea solution was a complete renovation of the current family home; a large upper extension and complete renovation of the existing property was carried out. As part of the renovation the clients decided that hydronic heating was the ideal heating system.
H2O Heating worked closely with the clients listening to their needs and their interior plans; along with Delonghi steel panel radiators the clients chose Delonghi Richmond towel rails for their bathrooms, upon learning that in the main bathroom the clients were having black fixtures and fittings it was decided to powder coat the bathroom towel rail satin Black to complement the mono-chrome bathroom scheme.
