The clients of this property carried out a full renovation and rear extension of an existing brick Art Deco home, carried out by Byde Construction. The completed project is a testament to the clients with the retained Art Deco frontage and sympathetically renovated front section of the property which includes a traditionally styled tubular steel radiator powder coated in black to perfectly complement their Art Deco master bedroom; truly stunning. In the bathrooms, special order Arden polished stainless steel radiators were chosen by the clients due to their Art Deco inspired lines creating a feature in themselves.
The property then opens into a modern family focused kitchen/living/dining space with trench convectors installed along the large expanse of glass windows incorporating a custom aluminium floor grille powder coated to match the window frame colour creating a feature as well as practical solution.
